The RU Submission to the Evalita’09 “application track” Speaker Recognition Evaluation
نویسندگان
چکیده
In this paper the RU submissions for the application track of the Evalita’09 speaker recognition evaluation are presented. The primary submission is a fusion of two independently developed acoustic systems that include channel compensation and full joint factor analysis (JFA), respectively. Both systems are UBM-GMM dotscoring systems, which are characterized by very efficient computation of scores. Of the two systems the JFA approach performs best on its own. All components for this system are trained on the Evalita’09 training data, using the UBM data for UBM, channel and speaker factor traning, Zand Tnorm cohorts, and using the development test trials for calibration. The plain dotscoring system with channel compensation uses an externally trained UBM, and utilizes the Evalita’09 UBM training data for channel compensation training. On the evaluation trials, the fused system obtains equal error rates ranging from 13.45% (TC1, TS1) down to 1.64% (TC6, TS2).

AGNITIO’s Speaker Recognition System for EVALITA
AGNITIO’s submission for the EVALITA 2009 Speaker Identity Verification Application Track was a fusion of a state-of-the-art JFA system and a new I-Vector system. We briefly describe the two systems and their fusion and then highlight the challenging cross-channel conditions of this evaluation, where enrollment was via land-line and verification via mobile, or vice versa. Despite the availabili...

This document outlines the system submitted by the Speech and Audio Research Laboratory at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) for the Speaker Identity Verification: Application task of EVALITA 2009. This competitive submission consisted of a score-level fusion of three component systems; a joint-factor analysis GMM system and two SVM systems using GLDS and GMM supervector kernels. De...

This paper focuss speaker identity verification system from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University (THUEE) for Evalita 2009 Speaker Identity Verification Application Track (SIV-A). Two systems are submitted for the evaluation. The primary one consists of GMM-UBM and GMM-SVM. The contrast one is based on high level feature. We describe each subsystem briefly and give their...
متن کاملI3A System for Evalita 2009 Speaker Verification Application Evaluation
This paper describes the I3A-University of Zaragoza speaker recognition system in the Evalita 2009 Speaker Identity Verification Application task. Two systems have been submitted for evaluation: a primary system based on Joint Factor Analysis and a secondary system based on classical MAP adaptation without any channel compensation for comparison. We present results for both systems on the devel...
متن کاملThe Evalita 2011 Parsing Task: the constituency track
The aim of Evalita Parsing Task is at defining and extending Italian state of the art parsing by encouraging the application of existing models and approaches. As in the Evalita’07 and ’09, the Task is organized around two tracks, i.e. Dependency Parsing and Constituency Parsing. In this paper, we describe only the Constituency Parsing track by presenting the data sets for development and testi...
